While scrolling around our usual sties, Preston came up with this...a young man's 12,000 plus mile trip around the country captured in five minutes. Fun.
A TMS listener found this for us and it is well worth your time. If for no other reason it is very cool and well done. Granted, it's a mega-giant corporation and it should produce high quality video. Still, it's nifty.
It is a great explanation of the purpose of the commerce clause and why its application to health care should be fought tooth and nail.
Here's a recent showdown on Larry King Live between a member of the tea party (happens to be black) and spokesman for the NAACP. Nifty confrontation.
Our hero...Rep. Ted Poe (R-TX) reads someone's letter to the editor. The story (party crashers at the White House) is old, but the issue (and the humor) is timeless.
Presented by the GOP, even the left is really lashing out at President Obama for his inaction in the Gulf crsis.
Lourdes sent us this clip, a monologue that should be viewed with your children followed by a home discussion about what the guy actually said. It is a brilliant take on the plans to build a Muslim mosque near Ground Zero in Manhattan.
Lay-correspondent Louis sent noticed the following. Good campaign message if you ask us...err, Preston.
TMS listener Sonny send along a link to one of the single most depressing speeches in the history of commencement addresses. Some one must have wanted to obtain a donation to their school to extend an invitation to Al Gore"bal warming is a hoax".
This is courtesy of FOX News and a tip from Randy. It typifies the arrogance of Congress.
For all of you who struggle with Preston calling President Barack Obama a "liar" here is some more evidence. By our count, roughly seven different lies in this clip of less than two minutes. Most notably to our present circumstances is the "promise" to have each bill sit on his desk for "five days" before he signs it into law.
"Well done" goes to Michael who referred us to this absolutely hilarious and spot-on correct parody. You will want to tell your friends about this one.
U.S. Rep. Eric Cantor, Republican Whip, had some stinging comments for the majority party when they chose to celebrate increasing the debt by about $1.9 trillion.
This is hilarious...recently, TMS with Preston Scott has had some fun making fun of President Barack Obama's penchant for using his teleprompter, even speaking to 6th graders. Believe it or not he was using it for this recent speech in Ohio. One has to wonder, exactly why speech writers took the day off because there is no way that they would have actually have the President of himself 132 times.
Preston watched this on American Idol and howled...listener Bob sent us the link and it is a message for the times from a guy just past the "Idol" age limit.
Former Florida House Speaker Rep. Marco Rubio continues to garner national attention without spending a dime of his campaign money. Here's the latest courtesy of The Kudlow Report. Enjoy!
Louis forwarded the clip of Lt. Col. Allen West. He has chosen to run for Congress in the 22nd District of Florida. The man has had enough and has a fire in his belly. This defines what "Worthy Watching" is all about. Tell a friend and send think about supporting his campaign.
Fred sent Preston this clip and it is amazing. GM hy-wire technology which puts computers in tandem with hydrogen power plant for the future of cars, trucks, etc.
Marion sent us the heads up to this little primer on branding. A must see clip for anyone interested in politics.
My brother, Patrick, sent me this and it is hailariously fun. For context, it helps to be familiar with Michael Flatley the original "Lord of The Dance" who, I think, came out of the "Riverdance" phenomenon craze of a decade ago. Flatley, a brilliant dancer, had a bit of an ego and plenty of habits while dancing. The clip is from "Britian's Got Talent".
Here's one report from CNN on the 9.12 Rally in Washington, D.C. Though White House Press Secretarty Robert Gibbs pretended he knew nothing about it, this report is a lot of fun to watch.
A little clarity from Congress from Rep. Mike Rogers.
Mike sent us this link and it is absolutely hilarious. The old Dragnet team has something to say to our current President.
