Thoughts from a Navy Seal
When the talk of American falling by force either to an invading Army or a totalitarian Government, many people are quick to point out that Americans are too well armed for that to happen. But I want to bring up a point that a former US NAVY SEAL buddy made when this very topic came up. He said “you know Will when any man is faced with a direct threat to his life he will do and use whatever means available to defend himself and preserve his
life. Most men will do the same for someone they love, like a wife a child or friend.
Few will do it for a stranger, and even less for their Country and Flag. Especially when given the option to throw their weapons down and surrender, because by surrendering they are at least going to draw their next breath. Very few will stand and fight knowing that death is almost certain.” He continued by saying, “We can have all the guns and ammo in the world, but if there are not enough people willing to die with those guns in their hands, then victory will never be attainable regardless of the battle and its importance.”
Just some thoughts for you to Ponder this 06th day of December.
