Dan Krassner, Ben Wilcox, Integrity Florida  The last legislative session offered a glimmer of hope for some ethical reforms.  But, lawmakers refused to pass anything meaningful.  Obviously, locally there's been a storm of ethics charges which usually result in nothing of note ever happening.   Integrity Florida 040312

The Stories

Obama warns Supreme Court  By nearly all accounts the defense of ObamaCare did not go well for the White House and the lame-brains who pased the "healthcare" bill.  So, the President has decided to go on the offensive and issue a stern warning to Justices.  The man is frightening.   SCOTUS warned by Obama

Tally gets another carrier  Could the stratgey of airport director Sunil Harman be working?

SCOTUS rules on strip searches  Remember what mom said about wearing clean underwear because you never know?  Well, she was right and then some.   SCOTUS Strip search ruling

A permit for what?!?  Apparently, one needs a commercial business permit for leading a Bigfoot expedition on Federal land.  Who knew?

What do Bush, Rubio, and Ryan have in common?  The answer seems to be to try and push Sen. Rick Santorum to the sidelines.  The big three (Jeb, U.S. Sen. Marco, and U.S. Rep. Paul) have real worries about how the primary battle is impacting the chances of beating Barack Obama.

Local retailer in the hunt  The Polka Dot Press is a local business that is the only merchant in Florida selected as a finalist for a $25,000 award.  Cool.  You can help.

RNC "clean zone" for Convention  The Mayor of Tampa has an interesting list of items not permitted.

"Nuclear" drones  Surely, the Russkies will have a fit (until they find a way to steal the technology).  With nuclear power the flying machines will be able to patrol for months without a break.  It's like a video game on steroids for the remote flyers.

NYC taxes yoga studios  I'll take "Everything should be taxed for $400, Alex."  Enough said.  Yoga lobbyists are looking for their inner calm.

9th Circuit rules against affirmative action  This is somewhat stunning.  The most liberal appellate court in America has found the California's law banning affirmative action in college admissions is legal.

GSA head out over spending  The head of the U.S. Government Services Agency has been forced out, along with at least two top aids.  Why?  Check out the "conference" they planned/attended on the tax payer's dime.

Curfew considered in Minneapolis  Mob attacks by teenagers have gotten so vicious that police are asking for permission to shut down parts of town after 8:00 PM.
