Tennessee Street: Another study  Slowly, we are starting to peel back the veneer on what is pushing this move to narrow the only main east-west corridor in the city.  What we have linked to is a relevent study, though not completed, that focuses on the very issues alllegedly at the heart of the COT's plans.  By the way: It seems that very few cities are doing what the COT wants to do.  Why might that be?
