New Pope selected  Pope Francis the First has been named the head of the Catholic Church.  Argentina Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio is the first man from the "Americas" to be named Pope.  He is 76 and, ironically, stepped down from his previous post due to his age.  We will get local reaction to the selection.

Lt. Gov. Carroll quits  Florida's Lt. Governor Jennifer Carroll has resigned her post after it was disclosed that her PR firm represented businesses that have been alleged to be fronts for gambling internet cafes.

Akinyemi cleared  The Florida Commission on Ethics found no merit in a complaint filed by Mary Ann Lindley against former Leon County Commissioner Akin Akinyemi.  Once again, the process rewards the accuser.  Brilliant. Note March 8, 2013 release and page five.

Constitution lands woman in jail  Not only did she have the audacity of stating the founding document of our nation to taxing authorities, she owned guns.  So, she was accused of making terroristic threats which meant turning over her weapons. 

1.6 billion rounds of ammo?  You are going to enjoy our visit with the author of this op/ed in Forbes.  Yes, he is echoing what PRS has been saying.  But, as they say...misery loves company and we will talk about why in the world the alarming actions of the Dept. of Homeland Security is not front page news across the nation.
