The Shelter stories ring familiar  After meeting with residents, some long term, it would appear that there have been problems at the Shelter for a very long time.

Stadiums: deserving tax dolloars or not  Does it matter whether the cash comes mostly from tourists or not?  Aren't tax dollars, tax dollars regardless?  The owner of the Miami Marlins says, "No".  The session will deal with the Miami Dolphins stadium issues.

Capital punishment changes  The legislative session could bring some significant changes to the death penalty in Florida.  It could require a unanimous jury and the appeal process may be sped up.  We'll discuss the issues at 8:08 AM.
