ACLU investigates militarization of America  Well, here is a refreshing development.  They say that politics (and imminent threat of tyranny) make for strange bedfellows.  The ACLU has, apparently, been paying attention to all the DHS stuff.

Florida bill: Anger management to buy ammo  Stupid is as stupid does...Florida lawmaker introduces bill that qould require ANYONE buying ammunition to complete an anger management course.  BTW: Sen. Audrey Gibson (D-Jacksonville).

Bill intro'd to stop BO from golfing  The President has made golf a central part of his job description.  So much so that members of Congress are sick of taxpayers footing the tab while the White House tours are closed.

Spring break or winter break?  Imagine how cold it would be if not for Gorebal Warming?

Pastry "incident" leads to counseling  Yes, this is true...the 7 year-old ADHD kid took a Pop-Tart and smooshed it into a "mountain", but looked to a teacher like a gun.  He got suspended.  School offering counseling to traumatized students.

Colorado gun control debate  Please note that this took place after voters approved legalized pot smoking.  Perhaps, lawmakers are partaking.
