Lego causes suspension threat  Yes, citizens...this is what we have become.  A child, all of five years old, has cast such an omnious figure with his toy gun fashioned of Legos that the school has raised the spectre of suspension for frightening the other children.

Ureka! Tennessee talks arming teachers  There you go, let the emotion fade away and you begin to see sound logic in solving problems.

Green Berets sign on to defend 2nd Amendment  More than 1,000 of our elite servicemen have put their signatures on a letter posted on a military website.  By the way...it's more than 2,900 words long. 

Oops...economy contracts  THIS is not a good thing.  Though experts are baffled, those of us with a modicum on common sense are not.  It's the first shrinkage since 2009 (shortly after Obama took office....hmmm).

Refreshing: Congressman returns money  U.S. Rep. Daniel Webster turned back $360,000 of his unused office budget.  Ah, a lesson to them all.

Python challenge half-way mark  Think of it...about a 1,000 hunting hopefuls looking to strike a blow for the deer, rabits, racoons, etc. of the Everglades region have captured and killed an amazing...wait for it...thirty-seven snakes.  Let's see...one snake can carry eighty or ninety eggs; yeah, that ought to make a dent.

Inauguration band member dead in Chicago  She was just fifteen years old and had taken part in a band performance in the 2nd Inauguration of President Barack Obama.  Tragicly, she was shot and killed.  Early reports indicate it a gang-related shooting that had nothing to do with her. 

Stupid is...  Here's a first year female teacher who must have thought her "Tweets" would not be noticed.  Sadly for her words like "Naked", "Wet", "Stoned" are dead giveaways for an idiot - not a good trait for a teacher.
