State debt dropping fast  This is a huge success for Governor Rick Scott.  The austerity measures he has undertaken have strengthened state reserves and is taking nearly 10% chunks of debt down annually. 

Migration resumes  Americans are zeroing in on Florida, once again.  And New Yorkers are moving here more than any other state.  Gee...wonder why?
