  "Blueprint" list includes PAC  The one-cent sales tax that is used to pay for capital projects is facing extension.  The committee charged with suggesting a preliminary list of potentianl projects has allowed inclusion of the performing arts center.  The proposed plan calls for tax payers to foot the bill for 80-90% of the cost of the building PLUS annual funding of the deficit that is expected for operations.

This was parlayed into a discussion of Tallahassee's future.  It was interesting.
