Dept. of Labor ready to intrude on farms  Proving that the Federal government knows no limits the Department of Labor plans to limit kids under 18 years of age from doing certain work on family farms.  The kids themselves not very happy about the government getting into their chores.  UPDATE: The President pulled the plug on the the new rules.  However, look for its return should he be reelected.

EPA philosophy: "Crucify"  That's part of an actual statement by a Regional Head of the Evironmental Protection Agency.  The EPA has been on a witch hunt, ratcheting up the pressure month-by-month.  The evidence is undeniable.

Local attorney outlines allegations  David Chester appear on TMS last week to discuss his concerns over the handling of the David Mays murder case.  Chester alleged that the Leon County Sheriff's Office and the State Attorney's Office did not present all of the evidence.  2nd Judicial Circuit State Attorney Willie Meggs has responded.

Federal Judge rules against State Worker drug testing  This really comes as no surprise to the host of TMS.  It will be a dagger to one state lawmaker. 

Union sues Indiana's Governor  You are going to LOVE the claim: Enacting right-to-work legislation violates the 13th Amendment.  That's the one that outlaws slavery.  Nope, not kidding.
