IRS smoking gun?
The American Spectator makes a strong case connecting Obama.  U.S. News and World Report says, not so fast.  The problem with the latter claim is something called the White House log which allegedly lists a Union president visit to POTUS.  I link, you decide.  Bottom line: this stinks and the IRS needs to go. 

IRS investigation ended before 2012 election
The hits just keep on coming as it is now revealed that the internal probe ended, but the results were hidden from Congress.  Uh-oh...now why would that be? 

Boston-related suspect not talking anymore
Literally, he's not talking because he is dead.  It is generally considered a bad idea to brandish a knife when in an interview with FBI agents.

Victim allegedly member of British military.  Islamic guy with blood, machete, and knife on/in hands gives brief interview within seconds of killing (beheading?) his victim.  Ends up on the wrong end of bullets.

Chicago Board of Education votes to close fifty (yes, 5-0) schools.  More evidence that the Windy City needs Ditka! 

Killer reverses plea
Minutes after her conviction of 1st degree murder with aggravating circumstances (which means it was a brutal, heinous death) she grants a TV interview and asks for the death penalty.  She now believes that was an irrational thought.

In a stunning and troubling development the head of the tax exempt divison of the IRS has had her attorney pen a note telling Congress that she will not testifying invoking the 5th Amendment which offers protection against self-incrimination.  Uh-oh!  Fox News Radio's Jared Halpern at 8:08.

It is a question that seems to come up frequently with the city of Tallahassee.  Why is its spending out of whack when compared to other measurements.

This is downright frightening...this women should be fired, not moved to, potentially, the most intrusive branch of the Internal Revenue Service.  Not good.

How can it not?  Though there is polling out there suggesting that many believe the President on his version of events on the big three topics (Benghazi, IRS, AP) nearly everyone seems to agree that the IRS scandal (yes, scandal) is a really big problem. Then, there's the bonuses.

The President proclaimed his "blackness" and in doing so hit old stereo-types and, I think, insulted most.

While I am sure you can root this case out for nothing, a listener provided the link to the case in Gadsden County where citizens prevailed against mandatory/univerisal garbage collection.  The case dates to 1989 and stands to today.  Just saying...

"Turkey List" upsets Florida Senate President
Sen. Don Gaetz got loose when he saw and heard of Florida Tax Watch's annual list of "turkeys".  These are budget spending items that do not go through the normal process of scrutiny that other spending measures endure.  A "turkey" is not judged for merit, but for process. I will chat with FTW at 7:37 AM.

Petraeus...remember him?
Yes, the General has much to say about Benghazi.  For now, e-mail indicates a total scrub job by the State Department.  The White House is shown to once again be lying about the events.  

IRS squeezed groups for approval
The Inspector General's report indicates that the IRS wanted one group to promise (under penalty of perjury) to not engage in protests of Planned Parenthood.  

Government profiting on student loans
This would be a good thing if the "investment" led to lowered taxes (or like Alaska a dividend) for taxpayers.  But, the feds squander the money.  Is this a good thing? 

Manhanttan moms take cuts at Disney
The diabolical dames hire "guides" who are disabled so they and their kids can take cuts in line.   

Tourism may rebound this summer
Why not?  The economy is churning and jobs a booming.  As a result pay is exploding...thus summer vacations.  Or, folks are just cooked and fried and need a break.
